Mission Statement

Our Mission

At Prime Physio, our mission is to help athletes stay healthy, recover fully, return stronger, and perform at their highest potential through integrated, evidence-based care.

We believe injury prevention, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, recovery, and performance should be part of one connected process—not separate services. By bringing these elements together under one roof, we provide athletes with a clear path from injury to return to sport and long-term performance.

Our goal goes beyond reducing pain. We help athletes restore function, build resilience, prepare for the demands of their sport, and stay active in the activities they love for years to come.

Return Stronger. Perform Better.

We Believe…

At Prime Physio, we believe athletes deserve connected, individualized care with a clear plan—not fragmented treatment or guesswork. Rehabilitation, performance, injury prevention, conditioning, and recovery should work together to help athletes stay healthy, return stronger, and perform at their best.

We believe good decisions come from understanding the athlete, identifying what is actually limiting performance, and verifying progress objectively. Through evidence-based practice and the FDS™ (Functional Diagnosis System), we use structured assessment, test–retest measures, and purposeful progression to guide each athlete’s plan.

Most importantly, we believe athletes should understand their bodies and become more confident and independent over time. Our role is not to create dependence on treatment, but to provide the knowledge, guidance, and tools athletes need to train, compete, and stay active for the long term.

Clear decisions. Purposeful progress. Long-term performance.

Mission Statement
Functional Diagnosis system

What is FDS™︎: Functional Diagnosis System?

A medical diagnosis is helpful for identifying an injury or condition, but it does not always explain why an individual is experiencing pain or difficulty with movement. Even people with the same diagnosis may have very different mobility restrictions, strength deficits, movement patterns, and functional needs. The Functional Diagnosis System (FDS™) looks beyond the diagnostic label to identify the specific factors limiting each person’s function, allowing us to create a more individualized and effective plan of care.

Interdisciplinary Approach

We believe the best outcomes occur when professionals work together. Through close relationships with healthcare and performance specialists—including physicians, chiropractors, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, massage therapists, nutritionists, and other specialists throughout the community—we collaborate and share information, with the patient’s consent, to coordinate care, align treatment goals, and provide the most comprehensive support possible for recovery, performance, and long-term health.

Interdisciplinary Model
Evidence-Based Practice

Evidence-Based Practice

We believe the best decisions are made by combining science, clinical expertise, and the individual needs of each patient. At Prime Physio, evidence-based practice means integrating the latest research, professional experience, and the patient’s goals, preferences, and circumstances to guide treatment and performance decisions. Rather than relying on trends or one-size-fits-all approaches, we use evidence as a tool to provide care that is individualized, effective, and aligned with what matters most to each patient.

Our goal is to help you reach your peak performance and health. Whether you are recovering from an injury, striving to improve your athletic abilities, or seeking overall wellness, we are here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Discover the difference that a comprehensive, evidence-based, and interdisciplinary approach can make in your health and performance journey. Welcome to Prime Physio, where your goals are our mission.
